Dressed in a style reminiscent of the Caucasus region and equipped with a belt specially designed for this service, our Miss Caviar, just like Mr Oyster, will mingle among your guests, offering caviar and vodka while explaining the origins of this delicacy and the different ways it is made.

To start with, we offer a shot of smooth, flavoured vodka to awaken the taste buds; after wiping the back of the hand with a little thermal water, we place the caviar between the guest’s index finger and thumb, and they eat it straight from their own hand.

The caviar we serve is of the highest quality. Our caviar is ‘made in Spain’ from Riofrío, our Granada-based supplier specialising in certified organic sturgeon caviar.

We offer two varieties:

  • Naccarii: A native species originating from the Mediterranean Sea. The roe is grey with a satiny sheen.
  • Ossetra: A species native to the Danube. The roe has a pearly sheen with shimmering highlights.

We serve the caviar in its original form, preserved with just the right amount of salt. For other preservation methods, just ask.
