Our oyster shuckers can tell hundreds of stories about oysters, while mingling with the guests and serving this exquisite delicacy either plain or with one of our unique condiments.
Our sailors are self-sufficient, they carry everything they need to shuck oysters on their belts, making them versatile enough to attend all kinds of events on land, at sea or in the air.
We serve medium-sized (No. 3) oysters from the French Atlantic coast, classified as ‘Huîtres Spéciales’, but we can source other sizes to suit the customer’s preference. We import directly from Saint-Malo (Brittany), although we also work with suppliers in our city: Patrick from La Belle Huître and Thierry from Biomarisc.
Oysters are a much-loved delicacy and, with Mr and Miss Oyster, the perfect pairing for your aperitif, welcome drink or party.
