Crossing the eastern mountain ranges aboard the Trans-Siberian, Miss Caviar arrives at your event to bring this majestic ritual closer to you and your guests.

Dressed for the occasion and equipped with a belt specially designed for this ritual, our Miss Caviar will walk among the people offering this unique way to enjoy caviar. She can explain the origin of this delicatessen and its different preservations to your guests.

The royal ritual

Caviar’s royal ritual is a unique and magical event.

To get started we will offer a shot of an aromatic and smooth vodka. Once the sense of taste is awakened, we will gently clean the hand with thermal water. The caviar will be served between the thumb and index of the guests, that will lead the caviar directly to their palates.

Our caviar

We serve high quality-caviar. It is produced in Spain and provided by Riofrío, a Spanish company based in Granada specialized in sturgeon caviar with organic certification.

We offer caviar from two different sturgeon species:

Naccarii: originally from the Mediterranean Sea. The roes are grey with satin shades.
Osetra: originally from the Danube River. The roes have a pearly tone with luminous reflections.

We usually serve caviar preserved in the original way, with just the right amount of salt. If you’d like a different preservation, let us know.
