DON OSTRA

We serve oysters from the French Atlantic coast, medium-sized (nº 3), qualified as Huîtres Speciales. Apart from that, we bring different seasonings to add to the oysters: gin tonic, lemon juice, ponzu, raspberry vinaigrette, black pepper, tabasco and/or bloody Mary.

Don Ostra can serve oysters in Spain and everywhere in Europe. We will suggest the number of oysters and Don Ostras according to the number of guests expected and the duration of the service.
